10年単位で時間が経過するとともにどんどん規制が進めば、ブラックリスト方式ではなく、ホワイトリスト方式のブロッキングを運用する国が登場し、結果としてその国内でのネットにおける情報発信は認可制(免許制)になるという場合も有り得るのではないかと予想しています(中国では既にICPライセンスやドメイン名登録の厳格化によってそれに近い状態になっているという感想を持っています)。

「え！？おじいちゃんが若かった頃は誰でもネットに書き込めたの！？それって凄くなーい！？」とか言われてしまう未来が来る可能性がゼロではない気がしなくもない今日この頃です。
