これは、tumblr中毒者やPinterestをWebからのみ見ていると、とても勘違いしやすいことです。
＜tumblrとは？＞
面白いネタやWebページを共有して、今何が面白いのをみんなで楽しむサービス。共有するのは、ネタであるが、結果的に面白い人を発見することにつながる。
データの流れとしては、以下。
- Web→ダッシュボード→ポストやReblog→タンブラリストのフォロー
＜Pinterestとは？＞
世界で見つけた自分が興味を持っているものを、ボードという形でコレクションして、そのコレクションを共有するサービス。結果的に同じようなものに興味を持っているコレクションや面白いコレクションを発見することにつながる。
データの流れとしては、以下。
- 世界→ボード→PinやRepin→ボードのフォロー
つまり、大事なのはPinterestでは、フォローするのは人ではなく、ボードなんだということなんです。
もちろん、人をフォローすることもできますが、それだとその人のボードを全部フォローすることになります。でも、その人の興味を持っているものを全部フォローする？そんなわけないですよね。
